The price is then shown later under the part number and description section under model headings.
We cannot list all the parts that we supply, Such as early model engine and suspension parts, so give us a
call if you need some help.
There are many new parts that we are developing on a daily basis, if you have a specific part in mind call us.

Enhancement recommendations.
Percentage performance increases are approximate only , and are not cumulative.
Model numbers : A G200s is the newest Charade, April 18 1996 onwards, it comes with a 3 or 4
cylinder engine 900, 1300 and 1500 cc .It was face lifted at the front to improve its looks. ( Smiley face )
A G200 is the newer Charade, June 1993 to March 96, it comes with a 3 or 4 cylinder
engine 900, 1300 & 1600 cc. In Japan and Europe it is available with a 1.6 Litre 4 cyl engine and
special body kit..
A G100 is the older Charade from 1988-93, it comes with a 3 or 4 cylinder engine.
The 3 cylinder is either a GTti twin cam turbo Fuel injected, single cam carburettor turbo, or single
cam carburettor only. Overseas the car was also available with a carburettor 1.3 and a Diesel 3
cylinder turbo, single cam.
A G11 is the older Charade, prior to 1988 it was available with a 3 cylinder single
cam carburettor turbo, or a single cam carburettor only.
A G10 is the earlier model of the G11 with a single cam carburettor engine only.

‘Thermo Tec’ Insulation sleeve and wrapping.
1 This is a new product and is a simple effective way to reduce air intake temperatures. The reflective insulating sleeve comes in
several diameters to suit both inlet pipes as well as fuel and water lines. Wrapping type material is used on exhaust
manifolds and pipes to stop radiant heat being transferred to car parts. Such as floors, and engine components. Used
correctly it has a big impact on engine efficiency.
G200, fits all models except noted
1 Many kits are now available, which includes: complete replacement front bumper bars, front skin type spoiler addition, rear
skin type spoiler, side skirts, rear hatch high (with and without) integral stop light and low mount wings.

The front bumper spoiler is lower than the original. The bar fits to the bottom of the the original factory
bar.Very good looking improvement to the original bar. NEW Model ONLY
The 1 st grille comes with a full mesh screen replacing the original inlet screen. NEW Model ONLY
The 2 nd grille comes with a fitting for spot lights replacing the original inlet screen. NEW Model ONLY
The 1 st front bumper is lower than the original, has a wide entry for the air flow in the centre as well as twin
inlets for air ducts to the brakes at the sides. These are rounded rectangles. Both intakes come with alloy mesh
screens. The bar fits the original factory mounts. OLD Model ONLY
The 2 nd front bumper is lower and more radical than the original. It is a similar copy of the rally Detomaso
we used to race. It has big inlets in the middle for the air flow with holes at the side for spot lights. The bar fits the
original factory mounts. OLD Model ONLY
The 1st skin type bumper attachments are even lower than the original, has a lower entry for the air flow in
the centre at the front as well as twin inlets for air ducts to the brakes at the sides. The bar fits over the original factory
bumper. OLD Model ONLY
The 2nd skin type bumper attachments are even lower than the 1st, has a lower entry for the air flow in the
centreas well as a horizontal slot for radical looks with a horizontal splitter at the front as well as twin inlets for air ducts
to the brakes at the sides. The bar fits over the original factory bumper. OLD Model ONLY
The 1st side skirts change angle about 30 cm from the rear wheel arch where they get wider to meet the
body styling. These fit both 2 and 4 door cars. They are NOT plastic like some others and are much better looking.
The 2 nd side skirts are a simple copy of the GTI Suzuki, with improved looks. They only fit the 2 door car.
Designed to fill the panel behind the door and in front of the wheel arch, they run parallel to the sill and are more bulky
than the above type. They are NOT plastic like some others and are much better looking.
The 1 st rear high wing is one part hollow, mounting only on the hatch. It is contoured to meet the lines of the
roof. The stop light is 30 cm across. This is an old design now.
The 2 nd rear wing is one part hollow, mounting with extra flutes that travel forward of the hatch and are
mounted on the actual roof. It is contoured to meet the lines of the roof. The stop light is 30 cm.

The 3 rd rear wing is one part hollow, mounting only on the hatch. It sits higher than the roof line similar in
shape to the Toyota GT4 except it is flatter. Stop light not available..
The rear low hatch spoiler mounts below the window, on the hatch.
A rear skin is also available for the rear bumper bar, lowering its profile and further improving its looks.
Wheel arch flares are also available for the front and back. They mount on the side of the body and give the
car a much more solid look.
NOTE
All kit parts fit 2 and 4 door cars, as well as sedans. Except rear wings. Or where noted.
G100
1 A full kit is available which includes: complete replacement, front and rear, bumper bars, side skirts and rear high mount wing
with integral stop light.
The front bumper is lower than the original, has a narrow entry for the air flow in the centre as well as twin
inlets for air ducts to the brakes at the sides. Looks similar to a Mitsubishi evolution 3 The bar fits the original factory
mounts.
The rear bumper is lower than the original,. The bar fits the original factory mounts.
The side skirts are parallel to the car to meet the body styling.
The rear wing is one part hollow mounting only on the hatch. It is contoured to meet the lines of the roof. The
stop light is 30 cm across. It is much deeper in depth than the factory one.
G100 & G200 Sedans
1 All panels fit from the hatch models except those specifically for the hatch itself.
2 A special rear wing is available for both models.

Engine:
If you wish to go faster in a straight line then we recommend the following:
The Charade engine is very reliable and will rev hard, it is in the high RPM range that maximum HP is developed.
All exhaust parts are made off a jig (not the car) for quality & reliability .
1 Our current extractors are one piece pipes bent with constant radius with a mandrel,( i.e. no reduction in the diameter.) These
are not just bends welded together to suit, but are of complete two piece design with a flanged joint in the centre so to
allow for easy fitting, with less dismantling of the engine and suspension. These by far give the best performance
increase for your dollar. We recommend you fit a catalytic converter too as they replace the original. A connection is
included for the oxygen sensor. They are also the only type that will fit properly with air conditioning, whether you have
it or plan for it. 8 % increase in HP. The cheaper 1 piece extractors will give a benefit, but not as much and take longer
to fit, and won't, easily with air cond. 6 % increase in HP.
The complete exhaust is the best option and is available in parts or as a whole kit. It is all alloy coated to stop external and
internal rust, mandrel bent as well as including a stainless steel flexible joint to stop cracking. The rear sports mufflers
are specially made with a 2 inch bore. These are the only ones available, exclusive to us, as no off the shelf ‘barrel’ will
easily fit the Charade.
A 2 inch, 3 inch and twin outlet sports muffler is also available.

to good top end performance. 6 % increase in HP. A Billet cam , brand new, ground from a solid stock of metal will give
you even better results as there is no limitation on the profile from a previous design to begin with. 8 % increase in HP.
3 If you want quick cost effective performance with savings for the future then a performance air filter will fit your existing filter
box this can be fitted in less than a minute and will only require cleaning not replacement with the correct grade of filter
oil. 2 % increase in HP. (As used by all group N rally cars).
4 A better alternative is the Group A Ram pod air filter , ( completely replacing the standard air intake) this will increase air flow
at high RPM but is a bit more noisy than the first option and requires mounts to fit replacing the standard air box. (As
used in our Group A Rally car.) 4 % increase in HP. Good throttle response too. Watch out for cheap copies that do not
work nearly as well.

5 A computer chip fitted to your EFI computer will have long lasting benefits, reducing engine ping ( pre ignition ) and with a
performance increase from a changed fuel mix. The unit comes with a LED readout for the approximate engine fuel
mixture. These too are constantly being improved with each rally we compete in. 8 % increase in HP.
6 Engine mounts will improve handling, throttle response and acceleration, as there is less engine movement and power is not
soaked up in the mounts but transferred directly to the wheels. Grab the engine and shake it, you will see how much it
moves, with these it wont. A single front engine mount is available that is a low cost option. CNB013 This will help all
cars, especially those with upgraded exhaust systems, as the std mount is very soft, often causing the exhaust to hit
the chassis on hard acceleration. 3 % increase in HP.
7 A lightened and balanced fly wheel with or without a performance clutch will add to throttle response and reduce clutch
problems. Braking will be improved as well as there is less dynamic weight to slow down. 8 % increase in HP.
8 Spark plug leads with a specially wound centre core will improve the spark and be less susceptible to breaking down under
load. Cold starts are better, with a small increase in fuel economy. 3 sizes are available 7, 8 and 10 mm. With the
biggest, (10) providing the best results
Charade 3 Cylinder CB 23
G200 1993 on ( TE Models )
G100 1988 - 93 ( TS models ).

Engine:
All exhaust parts are made off a jig (not the car) for quality & reliability .
1 Extractors for the 3 cylinder give the biggest % increase of any Daihatsu model, are one piece pipes bent with constant radius
with a mandrel,( i.e. no reduction in the diameter.) These are not just bends welded together to suit, and allow for easy

replace the original. 10 % increase in HP.

8 Electronic ignition for this engine makes a notable improvement for cold starts and long term maintenance of the ignition
timing. Added benefit is the fact that the points never again need checking or replacing. (Not suitable for the 1994
G200).

Engine:

1 An exhaust manifold for the 3 cylinder Turbo engine gives the biggest % increase, are hand made and bent with a constant
diameter. Throttle response is phenomenal and HP is increased by approx. %10. Two types are available, one is more
detailed in design and therefore is worth more.
2 A complete exhaust system tuned to suit, will add to the performance. 4 % increase in HP. See 4 cylinder engine details for
complete exhaust system information.

constant diameter. Throttle response is phenomenal and HP is increased by approx. 10 %. We recommend you fit a
catalytic converter too as they replace the original. Two types are available, one is more detailed in design and
therefore is worth more.
