The tube of the goat was made by Lia.
The animated Chinese symbol came from
http://www.sevenoaksart.co.uk

The character in red below the goat is "fu" (Mandarin) or "fook" (Cantonese) or "hock" (Hokkien) meaning good luck, good fortune. Commonly used in the name of some shops, that symbol makes its appearance whenever there is something auspicious, for instance you will find it during Chinese New Year and one common practice is to hang it upside down to mean "fu dao" .. "dao" literally means upside down, but has the exact same sound as another character "dao" which means "arrives". So the upside down "fu" signifies that good luck/good fortune has arrived (or will come/arrive).

Notice also that for some animals, a "lao" is added before it. "Lao" actually means "old" and may not always mean the literal old, more like an affectionate way of addressing someone or something like a term of endearment, like someone might refer to us as "good old Ron".
