IE - Water level sensor error
Water sensor fails to send signal for longer than 5 seconds.
Press POWER button. No other buttons work:
· Check wiring harness
· Check pressure sensor switch
· Check circuit board
7E - Water supply error
No frequency change for 60 minutes from water supply.
· check wiring harness
· Check water valve
E - Drain pump error
Water level does not decrease to reset point within 15 minutes from draining water from the washer.
· Check pump motor
dE - Lid open error
Lid is open during wash cycle.
Close lid.
· Check lid switch
· Check unbalance switch
UE - Unbalance switch error
Unbalanced load is sensed three times during a spin operation.
Open lid. Prevalence load and close lid.
OE - Water overflow error
Water supply does not stop after sensing an overflow condition.
Turn off household water supply to washer and unplug power cord.
· Check water inlet valve

No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.
If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine, valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
OR
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
· If there is no water in the unit:1. Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves3. Verify inlet valve operation
· If there is no water in unit:1. Verify drain pump operation.2. Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch.3. Verify there is not a siphon problem.4. Unplug washer or disconnect power.5. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, drain pump, flow meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)6. Check all hoses for possible leaks.7. Plug in washer or reconncect power.8. Verify pressure switch operation.9. Verify flow meter operation by blowing air through the part and measureing the resistance.10. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle.Replace failed component.

Long Drain
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F02" is flashed.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
