President (Performing as Independent Consultant)

Serve as President of telecommunications consulting firm that provides network engineering, implementation and deployment expertise.  Facilitate delivery of major developmental initiatives including assessment of requirements through to implementation and testing of solutions.  Manage acquisition of necessary data, equipment and other resources to fulfill needs of each engagement in addition to collaborating with client management to achieve desired results.

Winstar Communications; 8/2000 to Present

·         Manage operational and developmental functions of organization.  Manage Transmission Engineering Budget in excess of $20 million.  Effectively develop, manage and maintain technical vendor relationships with purchasing responsibility for approximately $4 million in equipment. 

 

Wireless Network Services, Inc;  8/1999 to 8/2000

·         Acted as consultant to senior executives of Teligent to accommodate Y2K network deployment.  Responsible for effective establishment of strategic relationships that fueled adjacent market growth.

·         Drove JMS profitability team and participated in “road show” to raise capital.

·         Spearheaded development of web-enabled tool that improved management capabilities of complex          telecom build outs.

 

Diversified Wireless Technologies, Inc; 10/98 to 7/99 

·         Fulfilled marketing and operations role in consultancy to Diversified Wireless to assist in establishment of presence in Washington D.C. 

·         Successfully established relationships with key customers that included Teligent, Winstar and others.

Projects were budgeted for several hundred thousand to over one million dollars.

Achieved an accomplished and progressive eleven-year tenure with Fortune 100 General Electric. Held full P&L responsibility for $50 million multiple project business of 800 employees.
