DIGITAL VERSION OF SAILING DIRECTIONS ON CD-ROM
FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRE
The UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) is continually trying to improve its Admiralty range of navigational products for the benefit of its customers. This digital version of an Admiralty Sailing Direction is one example.
In order to develop this and other Admiralty products we welcome your comments about this digital version of Sailing Directions. Please complete the attached questionnaire (it should take less than 15 minutes to complete) and let us know what you think. If you have any other comments please write them on a separate sheet and send them to us with the completed questionnaire.
Please note that this research is being undertaken under the rules and guidelines of the UK Market Research Society. We assure you that any personal information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. Such information will only be used for the purpose of this research and not given to any other organisation.
The questionnaire is a Microsoft Word document, you can complete it either on the computer (soft copy), or print off and complete by hand. If you are sending it by e-mail please complete the soft copy. The instructions given, such as ‘click on box’, are for those filling in the soft copy questionnaire.
