The workout is 90 days long (3 months). It has 5 parts:

Ab Burner - Works you abs and combines some cardio.
Arm Toner - works on you upper body, strength training.
Bun Shaper - works on your bun Smile
Thigh Trimmer - works on your thighs really good.
Power Stretch - Stretching...

Also you have a calendar to help you monitor your progress with the program.

You can arrange the workouts in diffrent ways. I'll show you some.

The first one is the standard one.
Day 1 - Ab Burner, Day 2 - Thigh Trimmer, Day 3 - Arm Toner, Day 4 - Bun Shaper, Day 5 - Ab Burner, Day 6 - Choose one of the excersies you want, Day 7 - Power Stretch

The second option focuses primarly on your upper body.
Day 1 - Arm Toner, Day 2 - Ab Burner, Day 3 - Arm Toner, Day 4 - Thigh Trimmer, Day 5 - Arm Toner, Day 6 - Bun Shaper, Day 7 - Power Stretch

The third option focuses primarly on your lower body.
Day 1 - Thigh Trimmer, Day 2 - Bun Shaper, Day 3 - Ab Burner, Day 4 - Thigh Trimmer, Day 5 - Arm Toner, Day 6 - Bun Shaper, Day 7 - Power Stretch

Also if you finished the program and want to take it up another level you can do the following:

This order burns alot fo calories but is not recommended for people who are not "fit".
