Sometimes it’s better to work in a team rather than working alone as then you will feel good because you are part of a team, you will most probably also get help from your team members if you have any problems with your task.
Less absenteeism
When you work in a team there should be no absences at all but sometimes it happens, you should never let your team down by not turning up because the job sometimes cannot be done if your team is missing a member or two because the job might require exact amount of people to overcome the task.
Decrease in staff turnover
When there is a team everyone has their own place, so for example there is a team leader and team members, because the ranks are set there is very little movement in the staff ranks, there are the ranks in place and everyone knows what they’re doing, therefore changing the staff is unnecessary and it doesn’t happen too often.
