WRITING TASK 1

This description pertains to the graph, which involves a merger of two statistics from the years between 1990-1995 and 1996-2002, and which includes enthralling information about change in average house prices in New York, Madrid, Tokio, Frankfurt and London. What is definitely visible at first glance is the overall rise of compared indications. The size of percentage change for London has entirely changed its area from _________ to _______ digits and furthermore it has stunningly grown by approximately 5%. A situation alike the one presented is noticible in New York's percentage change, it is less substantial though. The average house price changes of New York have not reached more than 5% of the previous state, while London, with its first place in he rank has shown a rocket to over 10% in 2002.

These situations stands in a contradiction to what Madrid and Frankfurt present. Here the trend is not that dramatic, especially for Frankfurt, which despite showing a downward trend, has expired the average house price change of only 1%. Moreover both of the cities maintained the level beneath 0%, what somewhat explains their low percentage.

Tokio's average house prices have changed less between the years 1996-2002 than amid  1990-1995.

Focusing on the aspect of the difference between the previous and final state of indications of all time (1990-2002) once again I have to place London at the top with its almost 18% of change and New York at the second position with 10% of general change. In this comparison Frankfurt appears the poorest with 3% together with Madrid (4% difference).
