WRITING TASK 2 (79)

 

Many various factors have an influence on self-complacency at work.

As a first source of job satisfaction I would assign the type of executed work. In every human's life there comes the time, when we think about our tailor-made occupation. It sometimes depends on our interests and passions, sometimes on dreams of our childhood or the other factors, having an influence on the shape of an ideal work model in our mind. Therefore, we are doing everything to reach our peak and find an accurate job, which we have considered as the most proper for us. Depending on the degree of how we have realized our dreams about the work, we are more or less satisfied. That is why there are many occupants of high posts, who feel unmet, because of loosing a part of their dreams somewhere in rat race.

Second important aspect is the place, the environment and the general circumstances at the workplace. The satisfaction is definitely not going to arise in a place visually unpleasant, neither in a surrounding of people who rain on our parade, nor while we have to effectuate ungrateful or repelling duties.

Absolutely essential for the satisfaction in our work are various possibilities of progress in the particular job, such as promotion, the increase of salary etc.

 

If it somehow occurred, that none of the employers were unmet on their posts for a long time, there is a slight chance of affirmation of perfect workplace circumstances to all workers. However, having in mind that little posts offers a possibility of progress, and that not always the expectations of employed people will be accurate to their position, we may coin a statement, that 100% job satisfaction in a company is hitherto quite utopian.
