Part support

The following new parts have been added to AVR Studio since 4.18 SP1:
- AT90PWM1, ATtiny40 programming support.

QT600 CLI (QT600.exe, Command Line Interface) with TPI support
STK600 CLI (STK600.exe) added TPI support
AVRISPmkII CLI (STK500.exe) added TPI support
