After this module the CSRs will be able to:

·         Distinguish between the different customer types

·         Know how to handle different customers

·         Set themselves into the customer’s situation and show empathy

·         Have the ability to tune in accordingly

 

3        Methods

 

§         Through exercise the trainees will explore not only different types of communication, but also get an insight that different people have different ways of communicating

 

3.1    Structure

B.      Choose 4 or 5 types and teach how to recognize them and how they like to be treated. For each customer type you will find the phrases he might be delighted to hear and some others that will disgust him.

C.      Offering help – this can also be adjusted to the communication types
