Dough:
8 cups of flour
2 sticks of margarine
2 TBSP salt
2 cakes of yeast
1/2 cup water
KNEAD
Let sit an hour and 45 minutes to rise.
Sit 4 balls to rest for 20 minutes.
Spinach filling:
salt and pepper
3 packages frozen spinach, drained and dropped
chopped onion
pine nuts
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Meat filling:
3 lbs ground meat, fat taken out
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBSP yogurt
Form dough into triangles, drop a spoonful or so of filling of choice in the middle. Fold and pinch the corners and sides of the dough together in the center. Bake at 420 degrees until golden brown. (The ground meat in the filling should be pre-browned with the onion and pine nuts, by the way).
