Ø students are able to say simple greetings and answer the questions using “Yes” or “No”;
Ø students are able to answer the question who is a boy and who is a girl;
Ø students are able to listen and participate in children’s songs, dance and movement;
Ø students are able to understand simple instructions in English;
Language content:
Ø present simple greetings: hello, bye-bye;
Ø words describing the sex of Cookie and Lulu- boy and girl;
Ø classroom language- stand up, sit down, stretch, skip, jump clap hands, dance;
Personal aims:
Ø to speak fluently without Polish words;
Anticipated problems:
Ø difficulties with understanding the song- some students could be too active and could make noise;

Ø big “treehouse”- green tree with doors, where cat and kangaroo lives;

“Hello song”- the teacher with puppet is singing a song and students are singing with him.
The teacher mime voice of the cat saying “Hello” to every child. Students say “hello” and give him hand or hug.

Presentation
The teacher sits with children in a circle near to treehouse. He is revising what they remember from last lesson. He points the Cookie and asks: “Cookie or Lulu?”, “Lulu is a girl or boy?”; “Cookie is boy or girl?”
Students answer the questions using “Yes”, “No”, “Boy”, “Girl”.
Game: “Boys and girls”- the teacher asks e.g. “Girls stand up and dance”, “Boys stand up and jump”.

Practice
The teacher asks students to stand up. He shows the movements and students are playing with him, e.g. jump, clap hands, wave.
The teacher turns up the music. He is singing and showing the movements and students are imitating him and they are singing some words.

Production
Students are sitting in a circle. The teacher asks: “What is Cookie doing?” and he is using the Cookie puppet to show some movements. Students are guessing: dance, clap hands, skip, jump.

Closing
“Bye, bye” song
The teacher and students are singing the song. After the song students are saying “Bye, bye” to Cookie.

1. Were the aims of the lesson achieved? Why/ Why not?
Yes, they were achieved. The songs and aims are adapted to the age of the students.
2. What were the most effective parts of the lesson?
The most effective part of the lesson was song. Students like to dance and to sing and this is good possibility.
3. What were the least effective parts of the lesson?
I didn’t notice the least effective part.
4. Were there any anticipated problems? How were they dealt with?
I didn’t have any problems with singing. Students were cooperating whole lesson.
5. What aspects of my teaching do I need to improve? How will I improve them?
I think I should prepare more activities for students who want to play longer.
