Look and say approach:

Look and say approach:
- who can find a name of animal/ fruit?
- who can find a word of color?
- can you find your favourite food?
- can you find a bird that cannot fly?

Phonic approach:
- who can find a word beginnig with "p" sound?
- who can find a word ending with "g" sound?
- who can find a word which has "d" sound?
- can you find a name of animal beginning with "k" sound?

 

Advantages of using games:
- add variety
- hidden practice of specific language
- fun
- give confidence to shy pupils
- pupil-pupil communication is improved

Child:
- mechanical memory
